Directions

From Falmouth:

• Take Route 28 from Falmouth to the New Seabury Rotary
• At the rotary, take the 2nd exit onto Route 28 towards Hyannis
• Follow Route 28 for approximately 1.5 miles to Shellback Place on your left
• Take a left into Shellback Place and go to the 2nd building down
• Dunning, Kirrane, McNichols & Garner, LLP is the front door of the 2nd building

From Route 3:

• Take Route 3 South over the Sagamore Bridge and continue on Route 6
• Take Exit 2 off of Route 6 and a right off of the Exit Ramp onto Route 130
• Follow Route 130 to end, where it intersects with Route 28
• Take a right onto Route 28
• Follow Route 28 for approximately 1.5 miles to Shellback Place on your right
• Take a right into Shellback Place and go to the 2nd building down
• Dunning, Kirrane, McNichols & Garner, LLP is the front door of the 2nd building

From Route 495:

• Take Route 495 South and continue on over the Bourne Bridge
• At the Rotary off of the Bridge, take the 2nd exit onto Route 28 towards Falmouth
• Go around the Rotary, continuing on Route 28 to Falmouth
• Take the next exit, Route 151 exit
• Take a right off of the exit ramp onto Route 151 towards Mashpee/New Seabury
• Follow Route 151 until the end, at the Mashpee Rotary
• Go around the rotary and take the 3rd exit off onto Route 28 towards Hyannis
• Follow Rte. 28 for approximately 1.5 miles to Shellback Place on your left
• Take a left into Shellback Place and go to the 2nd building down
• Dunning, Kirrane, McNichols & Garner, LLP is the front door of the 2nd building

From Lower Cape:

• Take Route 6 to Exit 5
• Take a left off the exit ramp onto Route 149
• Follow Route 149 – go around a small roundabout, continue on Route 149
• Follow Route 149 to junction with Route 28, take a right onto Route 28
• Follow Route 28 to second set of lights at Route 130
• Go through lights, follow Route 28 for approximately 1.5 miles to Shellback Place on your right
• Take a right into Shellback Place and go to the 2nd building down
• Dunning, Kirrane, McNichols & Garner, LLP is the front door of the 2nd building

From Hyannis:

• Take Route 28 towards Mashpee
• Go straight through the lights at the intersection of Route 28 and Route 130, continue following Route 28 for approximately 1.5 miles to Shellback Place on your right
• Take a right into Shellback Place and go to the 2nd building down
• Dunning, Kirrane, McNichols & Garner, LLP is the front door of the 2nd building
