DOMESTIC RELATIONS

     Dunning, Kirrane, McNichols and Garner, LLP provides legal services in all aspects of domestic relations (family law).  Our domestic relations attorney Susan Sard White assist clients with divorces, paternity cases, modifications, contempt actions, abuse prevention orders, grandparent visitation rights and guardianships of minors and incapacitated adults.  Attorney White is also proficient in the drafting and execution of pre-nuptial agreements.

     Attorney White practices in the Probate and Family Courts in Barnstable, Plymouth, Bristol, Dukes and Nantucket Counties.  She has the knowledge, ability and sensitivity to the issues that arise in domestic relations cases to help our clients achieve the best possible results, whether by agreement or through litigation.
