From Falmouth:

Take Route 28 from Falmouth to the New Seabury rotary;

At the rotary, take the second exit onto Route 28 towards Hyannis;

Follow Route 28 for approximately 1.5 miles to Shellback Place on your left, just after Optimum Health Care;

Take a left into Shellback Place and go to the second building down;

Dunning, Kirrane, McNichols & Garner is the front door of the second building.
