From Route 495:

Take Route 495 South and continue on over the Bourne Bridge; At the Rotary off of the Bridge, take the second exit onto Route 28 towards Falmouth; Continue on Route 28 - you’ll go around another rotary;

Take your first exit onto Route 151 Exit towards Mashpee

Take a right off of the exit ramp onto Route 151;

Follow Route 151 until the end, at the Mashpee Rotary; Go around the rotary and take the 3 rd exit off onto Route 28 towards Hyannis;

Follow Rte. 28 for approximately 1.5 miles to Shellback Place on your left, just after Optimum Health Care;

Take a left into Shellback Place and go to the second building down;

Dunning, Kirrane, McNichols & Garner is the front door of the second building.
